Hereford Residential College—known as the "Home on the Hill"—is a vibrant community-centered living experience. Hereford residents can participate in the Hereford Student Senate and have a direct say in how their hefty activities budget is spent, or they can join one of many committees devoted to improving Hereford life and organizing awesome events, from hot air balloon rides to New York City trips.

Three buildings make up the dorms of Hereford; they are co-ed, single sex by floor, with rooms opening into a common hallway with lounges on either end. Each room has a microwave, fridge, carpet, and air-conditioning. Roughly 80% of the rooms are singles. Housing first years, upperclassmen, and graduate students, Hereford is home to approximately 800 people each year.
